This Privacy Policy describes how Summit Garage Door LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Summit Garage Door," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website located at summitgaragedoor.com (the "Site") and the Company's garage door and related services (the "Services").

2.1. Information Provided by You. When you call, text, email, or schedule an appointment, you may provide information including your name, telephone number, email address, service address, and details regarding your door or equipment.

2.2. Online Booking (Webflow Forms). Online scheduling on the Site is operated by Webflow. Information entered through the form interface is collected and processed by Webflow pursuant to Webflow's own privacy policy, available at webflow.com/legal/privacy. The Company does not store payment card information on the Site or its servers.

2.3. Information Collected Automatically. The Site may use standard analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console) that collect technical information including pages visited, approximate geographic location, device type, and browser type. The Site embeds services provided by Google (including Google Maps), which may set cookies or collect usage data pursuant to Google's privacy policy.

Use of Information

The Company uses the information described above to: (a) schedule, perform, and follow up on the Services; (b) respond to inquiries made by telephone, text, or email; (c) request feedback or reviews following completed work; and (d) operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Services.

4.1. The Company does not sell personal information.

4.2. The Company does not share personal information with third parties for such parties' own marketing purposes.

The Company discloses personal information only (a) to service providers engaged in the operation of the Company's business (for example, Square, for scheduling and payment processing), and (b) where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

Text Messages

If you contact the Company by text message or provide your telephone number for scheduling purposes, the Company may send you text messages concerning your appointment or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Photographs of completed work

The Company photographs completed work for quality-assurance records and may, with your permission, use photographs of completed projects (exterior photographs only; never interior photographs without express permission) on the Site, the Company's Google Business Profile, or the Company's social media. Location references are limited to the city level; street addresses are not disclosed. Upon request, the Company will refrain from public use of photographs of your project.

Data Retention

The Company retains customer records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, warranty, and legal purposes. The Company employs reasonable measures designed to protect personal information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may contact the Company at any time to inquire about the personal information the Company holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, or to request deletion (subject to records the Company is required or permitted to retain). Children
